|"Most believe we live only for the pleasure of our guests. Few realize that those guests live only at our whim."|
— Fan Geisha
The Fan Geisha is a unit of the Serpent Clan.
The Fan Geisha are, in some ways, the strongest and most resilient members of the Serpent Clan. Day after day, they must tend to the whims of the disorderly, ill-mannered Serpent army, appeasing drunks and soothing the egos of braggarts, merely in order to survive. Though beautiful, the Serpent Geisha tend towards a certain hardness of character.
They are not reluctant to enter battle; unlike their fellow sisters cowering and fearful they are fearless and very eager to defend themselves and even defend their allies. They prefer to join in the battlefield rather than doing their duties in the bathhouse.Their deep knowledge of physiology and psychology allows them to efficiently heal wounds. They also carry their razor-edged metallic fans that flies with surprising agility and strength. Though these weapons may appear to be delicate and fragile, they appear to be fatal when they bite to their enemies who dare to underestimate them; this is true of the Fan Geisha as well.
The Fan Geisha is the toughest Tier-1 female unit of all Clans. While she requires more stamina to heal an ally compared to the Dragon Geisha, she more than makes up for it with more health and stronger attack. She can be used both defensively and offensively, and Bathhouse upgrades can make up for her shortcomings.
Razor Fans will enable her to heal nearby allies while fighting, thus enemy players targeting your healers will have a much harder time killing her or her companions. Dark Pact will allow her to temporarily enhance the armor of both: herself and the allies around her, by the cost of Fan Geisha's health and stamina as well as affected allied health.mutiple fan geisha activate dark pact can kill your unit.

|Requirements: Metal Shop||Requirements: Thieves' Guild|
|The Metal Shop can weave spells around the Geisha's fans so that they do not merely spill, but actually drink their victims' blood. When these dark weapons bite into flesh the life they consume heals the wounds of nearby allies.||The Fan Geisha are on comparatively good terms with the Thieves, with whom they find a practical outlook similar to their own. From their stolen tomes of magic, the Geisha can learn to barter with a minor demonic spirit that protects her allies from harm in exchange for a portion of her life force.|
Concept Art shows that developers originally intended the Fan Geisha to be the Dragon clan's healer (Serpent Units & buildings were all marked as "D. Dragon" in their concept arts, not merely "Dragon" for units & buildings belonging to the Dragon proper).
However, the Fan Geisha would later be transferred to the Serpent Clan. as confirmed by her sound files from the game data.
